We do our best to make sure product descriptions, photos, sizes, colors, and prices are accurate. Because many of our products are handmade, hand-colored, personalized, or made to order, slight variations may occur.

Personalized & Custom Orders
Please carefully review all personalization information before submitting your order. This includes names, spelling, dates, wording, colors, and other customization details.
We create personalized products using the information provided by the customer. Please see our Refund & Return Policy for information about cancellations, returns, and refunds.
Children's Products & Safety
Some of our children's craft kits and products may contain small parts or pieces that may present a choking hazard.
Children's products should be used according to the age recommendation provided on the individual product listing and/or packaging.
Do not give products containing small parts to children under 3 years of age.
Adult supervision is recommended when children are using our craft kits and other children's products.
Please keep small pieces and craft materials away from young children and children who may put objects in their mouths.
