At MagNoza & Co., many of our products are handmade and personalized specifically for you. Please allow time for your order to be made and prepared before it ships.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

Personalized, custom, and larger orders may require additional processing time. If your order will take longer than expected, we will do our best to keep you informed.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

​

Available shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout based on your order and location.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Local Pickup

​

If you are local to the North Shore of Long Island, local pickup may be available for select orders.

Delayed or Lost Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are controlled by the shipping carrier and may occasionally be delayed.
